Welcome to the Real Fit Games – which is part of the official team Game of the 8-Week Challenge.

This competition element is designed for the participation of challengers who are in Teams. Individual challengers are welcome to use this as a resource for fun and challenging workouts you may want to try out!

Each week you will find a new workout which is released on the Monday of each Heat.

Team leaders will have until midnight the following Sunday to submit your team’s final results.

Each team leader must submit a score that is the average of its top 3 scorers in their team with video evidence. If a team does not have 3 athletes who completed the workout as prescribed they may submit a scaled version for 50% of the points.

Video evidence for all 3 of the top scorers must be uploaded to your teams Google Drive in the applicable week.

WARNING: Please note that penalties will be issued for any reps in videos that do not comply with the movement standards as set out. Please make sure to verify your scores before submitting to avoid disappointment. For each workout we will define what the specific penalties are in the instructions.

It is encouraged that all team members who are not injured complete the workout no matter their pace or level.

In the event that 2 teams are tied at end of the Game’s 8 Workouts, then the team that won the most events will be the winner. If that number is still tied then the points will be shared towards the team Games total score.
