- For the workout ladies are permitted to do “Knee push-ups” to qualify for “prescribed”.
- We have added a scaling option for those that cannot do situps – “The Dead Bug” – see here for a video demonstration on how to do the movement.
If judges review your videos and a rep is not completed to standard and it has been counted as part of your score then 5 reps will be added to your score.
Feel free to attempt the workout a few times and submit your best score when ready.
- Video evidence for all 3 of the top scorers must be uploaded to your teams Google Drive in the applicable week.
- If possible please try name the file with the workout name and the name of the challengers in the video.
- Submit your workout score below by midnight Tuesday 10 March.
