Please note:

  1. For the workout ladies are permitted to do “Knee push-ups” to qualify for “prescribed”.
  2. We have added a scaling option for those that cannot do situps – “The Dead Bug” – see here for a video demonstration on how to do the movement.

Penalties

If judges review your videos and a rep is not completed to standard and it has been counted as part of your score then 5 reps will be added to your score.

Feel free to attempt the workout a few times and submit your best score when ready.

  1. Video evidence for all 3 of the top scorers must be uploaded to your teams Google Drive in the applicable week.
  2. If possible please try name the file with the workout name and the name of the challengers in the video.
  3. Submit your workout score below by midnight Tuesday 10 March.
