- For the workout ladies are permitted to do “Knee push-ups” to qualify for “prescribed” This was not stated in the video.
- We have added a scaling option for those that cannot do situps – “The Dead Bug” – see here for a video demonstration on how to do the movement.
If judges review your videos and a rep is not completed to standard and it has been counted as part of your score then 5 reps will be subtracted from your score.
Feel free to attempt the workout a few times and submit your best score when ready.
