Please note:

  1. For the workout ladies are permitted to do “Knee push-ups” to qualify for “prescribed” This was not stated in the video.
  2. We have added a scaling option for those that cannot do situps – “The Dead Bug” – see here for a video demonstration on how to do the movement.

Penalties

If judges review your videos and a rep is not completed to standard and it has been counted as part of your score then 5 reps will be subtracted from your score.

Feel free to attempt the workout a few times and submit your best score when ready.

  1. Make sure either the leader or all 3 athletes upload the team’s 3 evidence videos to the dedicated Real Fit Facebook Group. In the post please use the specific format below thanks:
