As we approach the end of another busy year, I wanted to share something that I believe could make a significant positive impact on our daily lives: the power of short, 5-minute workouts.
Before you roll your eyes and think that this is a gimmick, hear me out.
Amid our hectic schedules and the bustling year-end, it’s easy to let our physical well-being take a backseat.
However, this is precisely when maintaining our fitness becomes most crucial.
Short, 5-minute workouts can be a game-changer.
They’re a way to inject energy and vitality into our days while reducing stress and helping us to stay consistent with our exercise habits.
Our workouts don’t have to be perfect to provide us with benefits. We need to shift away from that “all-or-nothing” mindset towards an “always something” mindset because something is better than nothing.
The people who manage to maintain the habit of exercising regularly (no matter how small the workout is) will be the ones going into the New Year with a head start.
So I encourage you to double down on your health and finish this year strong.
To help you, I’ve put together 6 x 5-minute workouts that you’re welcome to scale up to something more if you’d like 👇
