Something a little different. You can follow this recipe or vary up the fruit and flavours used. For extra protein, you can add a flavoured whey protein. This is a healthy recipe to play around with if you want something special.

Serves: 1 female
INGREDIENTS:
- PROTEIN:
- 100g plain Greek yoghurt
- VEGETABLES/FRUIT:
- 1 banana
- SMART CARBS
- 30g puffed rice (You can make your own or buy from the health aisle in any shop, or use rice crispies)
- HEALTHY FAT:
- 1 Tbsp sugar-free peanut butter
- HERBS, SPICES, AND EXTRAS:
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch ginger
- pinch allspice
- tsp instant coffee granules
- Sweetener to taste
UTENSILS:
- Mixing bowl
- fork
- Teaspoon
- Tablespoon
- Little single serving dish suitable for the freezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mash the banana
- Mix the puffed rice, half the yoghurt, half the coffee, and half the banana and spoon into the freezing dish.
- Mix the leftover banana, yoghurt, and spices. Sweeten to taste. Add this layer to the freezer dish.
- Add the peanut butter on top
- Freeze.
TO SERVE:
- Flash heat for 30 seconds in the microwave or leave it to stand out of the freezer for 5 minutes.
