We sat down with Martin who placed second in the Men’s Weight loss category of our Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge. We wanted to find out the secret to his success and he was happy to share it with us.
Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
I had a challenge with my mind set, which was not good. Always tried but failed. Sleekgeek support and information and the teams helped guide me.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
My partner was on the challenge and showed me how it works and wanted us to be inspired and motivated to make a life change.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
I Took vitamins. 3 Meals a day. Breakfast: Oats, Lunch: Chicken and vegetables and Dinner: Mince and vegetables.

Followed Sleekgeek information with a training program for bulk, then added a cardio program to be fitter.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
Be strong – don’t give up, even on the negative days.
The image you want takes time, so work towards it and set small goals and reward yourself once you get there.
Support of a group and team, accept it and use the information.

Good support group. Lots of information that will help you reach your goal. Sleekgeek helped change my lifestyle.
