We sat down with Charl who placed third in the Men’s Weight loss category of our Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge. We wanted to find out the secret to his success and he was happy to share it with us.
Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
It was a struggle to get up and eat right in the beginning of the challenge and to get up in time to do all that I needed to do.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
My wife and I wanted to join to improve ourselves so that we can start to live a better lifestyle.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
The eating plan was nice, and it was great that I could build my own meal plan.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
Consistency, Consistency and Consistency.
Why should people enter the challenge?
I think they will find self-discipline in this challenge.
