It was an awesome journey with the Sleekgeek. The experience throughout the challenge was awesome.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
Because of all the positive and encouraging motivation throughout social media.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
The eating is quite a challenge, especially when you have a family, you must adjust your life in order to accommodate them as well.
Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.
Training was good, as someone who love to train and who is into training, I found it very easy to exercise.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
Consistency.
Motivation.
Staying focused.
Why should people enter the challenge?
The 8 week Sleekgeek challenge is not a diet program, however it’s a very dedicated program, which is very helpful in order to achieve your goals.
