Steak and Berry Salad

Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 120g Top Sirloin Steak
  • 5ml Avocado Oil
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 60g Mixed Greens
  • 30g Strawberries (halved)
  • 40g Blueberries
  • 40g Blackberries
  • 30ml Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. When ready to grill brush the oil into the grates.
  2. Grill the steak for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Add the mixed leaves and berries to a bowl.
  5. Top with the sliced steak and vinaigrette.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes!

Leftovers:
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Add the dressing just before serving.

Additional toppings:
Goats Cheese, pecan, walnuts and sliced almonds.
