Ingredients:
- 120g Top Sirloin Steak
- 5ml Avocado Oil
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 60g Mixed Greens
- 30g Strawberries (halved)
- 40g Blueberries
- 40g Blackberries
- 30ml Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. When ready to grill brush the oil into the grates.
- Grill the steak for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.
- Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Add the mixed leaves and berries to a bowl.
- Top with the sliced steak and vinaigrette.
- Enjoy!
Notes!
Leftovers:
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Add the dressing just before serving.
Additional toppings:
Goats Cheese, pecan, walnuts and sliced almonds.
