Strawberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 115g Plain Greet Yoghurt
  • 220g Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 30g All Natural Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes!

Leftovers:
Best enjoyed immediately.

Dairy Free:
Use dairy-free yoghurt.

Nut Free:

Use sunflower seed butter.

More Protein:

Add collagen or more protein powder.

More Fibre:

Add frozen cauliflower, ground flax and/or chia seeds.
