Ingredients:
- 150g Frozen Edamame Beans (thawed)
- 10ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 14g Parmigiano Reggiano
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
- 700mg Garlic Powder
- 10g Hemp Seeds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 205° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss together the edamame, oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15min, or until golden brown.
