Garlic & Parmesan Roasted Edamame

Time: 15 minutes

  • 150g Frozen Edamame Beans (thawed)
  • 10ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 14g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
  • 700mg Garlic Powder
  • 10g Hemp Seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 205° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss together the edamame, oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12-15min, or until golden brown.
  4. Enjoy!


Serving size :
One serving size equals one cup.

Dairy Free:
Replace the parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast.
