Harissa Spiced Meatballs

Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4


  • 450g Extra Lean Ground Chicken
  • 25g Harissa Spice
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 20g Parsley (chopped)
  • 3g Mint Leaves
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Using slightly damp hands, form the mixture into balls approximately 5cm in dimension. Transfer to the baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for 12 – 15min.
  4. Turn the oven to broil and broil for a further 8 – 10 minutes or until browned on top and cooked through. Watch closely to ensure they do not burn.
  5. Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!


Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

Serving size:
One serving size is approximately four meatballs.

Serve it with:

Serve as is or with hummus, roasted vegetables, on top of pasta or rice, or with a salad.
