Ingredients:
- 450g Extra Lean Ground Chicken
- 25g Harissa Spice
- 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 20g Parsley (chopped)
- 3g Mint Leaves
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 205°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Using slightly damp hands, form the mixture into balls approximately 5cm in dimension. Transfer to the baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for 12 – 15min.
- Turn the oven to broil and broil for a further 8 – 10 minutes or until browned on top and cooked through. Watch closely to ensure they do not burn.
- Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
