Ingredients:
- 356ml Water
- 27g Quick Oats
- 24g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 650mg Cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the quick oats and cook for one minute, or until cooked to your liking.
- Stir in the protein powder and cinnamon until well combined. Enjoy!

Leftovers:
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

butter, or hemp seeds.
