Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.

I was not so committed to doing anything to better my health, I would only last a few days, then be back to square one. With the challenge, I committed myself. Was very overweight before joining the first Sleekgeek challenge, and made the better choice to live healthily.

What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?

This is my second challenge with Sleekgeek, when I sign up for a challenge I know I will be committed to it. So I joined Sleekgeek for a second time to get better results.

I had a personal trainer to assist me with my eating plan, which helped me a lot.

I always had my own training plan, and focused on one body part per day, with cardio at night, and it worked well with my body.

If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?

  1. Fail to plan, plan to fail!
  2. Stay committed!
  3. Do not give up, people will talk!

Why should people enter the challenge?

The challenge will help you to stay on track and not fail! Everyday motivation from your group!
