Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
Before the Challenge, I was not active at all, sitting behind my desk the whole day. when I got home the first thing I did was open the fridge. I overate and gained lots of weight.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
the fact that I could not play as much as I wanted with my 6-year-old son. I was always tired.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
The first thing I did was cut out the carbs, like potatoes and rice. Then I looked at portions, where I normally ate big plates of food, and a second plate I just cut down my portions.
I also ate healthier.

I did not train as much or worked out as much. I am getting there with the exercise plans I got from this challenge, every day I do a bit more than yesterday.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
- This challenge is not just a weight loss challenge. You have to get your mind in the right place.
- Keep to you plan that you set out for the 8 weeks.
- Complement yourself on the small achievements.
Why should people enter the challenge?
This challenge will make you feel better about yourself, and change your mindset.
