Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
I grew up with bad eating habits and obesity, I was teased and didn’t want to even do sport.
At the age of 14, I decided to change my life and started my weight loss journey. However I failed at it and picked the weight back up.
I decided that I must do this for myself and entered my second Sleekgeek Challenge after having a baby, best decision of my life. Sleekgeek has taught me that it’s not a diet but a mind set to limit bad things and make better choices. I gym 5-6 days a week and I’m really loving life in my new energetic body.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
I had entered before and knew the great goals I achieved then, so when I won a challenge entry it was a easy decision to make.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
I did not follow one specific eating plan, macro counting works better for me.
Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.
I did mainly weight training, about 30min cardio a week. I focused on 2 body parts a day.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
Don’t give up on yourself, keep trying and learning, eventually you will reach your goals and be happier than ever.
