Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
I have been on this journey for a number of years and have done many many challenges as I find they help me focus. I have had the most success when I have eaten from all food groups in moderation, kept my protein up, and not moralized any food. I have been working with a coach, Craig Brown for a number of years and have been running for nearly a year and a half.

Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
I’m known to eat “like a princess” I love beautiful, tasty food and really try to make my calorie budget work by eating lots of high volumes, low-calorie food. I have a sweet tooth and instead of fighting it, I satisfy it in lower calorie ways. In a nutshell, I count calories, try to eat 150-160g of protein a day, and work in a treat or two every day.
Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.
I work out at home, I do 4 bodyweight/strength workouts a week, as planned by my coach, Craig Brown. I also ran/walked 5km 3 days a week. I also did a fair amount of walking to ensure I did 10 -12 000 steps a day. During the 1st part of the challenge, I also swam for 30-45 minutes per day most weekdays.
