Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.

I am normally not on any type of diet and jog 2 – 3 times per week.

What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?

I am a sucker for challenges, it’s because of the Sleekgeek challenge that this routine lasted for 8 weeks!

Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.

I used one of the provided plans and I think the aim was to not exceed about 400 kcal per meal.

Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.

I was training for a half marathon that took place on 19 March in Langebaan and did some exercise routines on the FitOn app about 5 days a week.

If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?

Try to eat as healthy as possible, train frequently, and enjoy the journey!

Why should people enter the challenge?

This challenge really equipped me with all the tools I needed to get rid of about 10kg of fat in 8-weeks the only downside is that all my clothes are now too big.
