My wife had an amazing body transformation, and I was motivated to do the same.

So many times!!!! I tore my Pec in early 2020, then covid started and gyms closed – I lost a lot of progress.

I have 2 variations of exercises for each muscle group day, that I alternate but I like to keep the exercises simple and effective.
Day 1- Chest Day 1- Flat & Fly
Day 2 – Back & Triceps 1 – Free-weight

Alone, because I like to get lost in my thoughts while training. Although the motivation of training with someone is very addictive.

Once I was doing a decline press with dumbbells. I forgot to hook my feet into the leg locks and slid back, headfirst off the bench, and ended up in a heap on the floor in front of a full gym.
