What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
I wanted to get back into shape and I knew it would be easier for me to do it in a group environment.

I stuck to what I know worked for me the first time around. I had breakfast followed by a snack two hours later. Then I had lunch followed by another snack and then I had dinner.
All my food was made with fresh ingredients and I only had white meat no red meats. I ate two fruits a day to help with the sugar cravings and I also drank a lot of water.

I went to the gym 3 times a week where I spent working out with weights and then over weekends, I went mountain biking.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
- If you have a bad day nutrition wise it is still okay, just never give up over one bad day.
- Always try to drink enough water it helps a lot not always on the scale but in centimeters.
- It will not always be easy but it is worth it at the end especially if you start seeing the results when you are fitting into smaller clothes!
Why should people enter the challenge?
It is not always easy doing it on your own it helps a lot when you know there is someone else who is sitting in the same situation as you are in that moment of time.
