Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.

I would exercise and eat healthily for a short period, lose focus and then end up exactly where I started.

What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?

I saw it advertised on social media and thought that it might be a good challenge to take on.

Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.

During the Sleekgeek 8-Week challenge, I tried to stick to eating healthy and smaller portions than I normally would have. I have managed to stick to this after the challenge as well, so hopefully, it will continue.

Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.

I found that I forced myself to be more active. I was walking and cycling more than I have done in the past.

If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?

  1. Eat better now, it will be much better down the line.
  2. Just by going for a walk around the block is being active. Try a little more each day and it wont feel like a mission to do.
  3. Find somebody to help you be active, its always easier with a friend to help motivate you.

Why should people enter the challenge?

It’s a great way to interact with others that are on the same journey as you.
