Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.

Small changes every day, making better and healthier food choices, after awhile it becomes like second nature. Stick to a daily training routine. Training is my happy place, it’s where I get to see results.

What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?

Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.

Low-calorie eating plan, 5-6 meals a day. Loads of leafy greens, egg whites, chicken, fish, veggies, etc

Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.

Weight-lifting +-1hr 30min
Cardio 30-60min

Some mornings included fasted cardio.

If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?

  1. Keep going.
  2. You might have a bad day, but wake up the next day and try again.
  3. It takes time, but the end results are so worth it.

Why should people enter the challenge?
