Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
Before this challenge, I’ve done a lot of Yo-Yo diets, and trained a bit when I got time.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
I’ve joined challenges from different companies over the past 10 years, I saw an advert on Facebook and thought why not give them a try.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
I’ve cut out sugars and tried to eat cleaner, drink less coffee. I had a small breakfast mostly fibre, lunch was protein and salad, and dinners were very small.
I kept with the portion control and that was the first time I started seeing kgs going down on the scale.
Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.
I did boxing classes every day for an hour and then the roadblocks.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
- Portion controll
- Drink lots of water
- Try to exercise

You do have that extra support with the teams that really help motivate you on your journey.
