Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
I was on Anti-depressants for almost 6 years of my young life, it was a really tough time and I gained allot of weight. About 4 years ago I went off the medicine and another year later I started my weighloss journey. In total I have lost an awsome 28kg and now live a healthy happier life.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
I have been struggling to loose the last few kilograms, (I still have another 8kg I would like to loose) and thought that entering the Sleekgeek 8 week challenge would help me stay motivated, committed and help me to realligne my goals.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
I followed mainly a high protein low carb diet.
I would eat 3 time a day and it would mainly be veg and protein.

I did not do any exercise.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
- Stay consistent
- Love the journey and learn as much as you can about your body
- Its ok to let go once in a while
Why should people enter the challenge?
It’s a great way to keep you motivated and there is allot of support during the 8 weeks.
