Please give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
I tried several diets and training programs. I joined a Sleekgeek team called Warriors when I started the challenge. The support I recieved from the group captain and members motivated me.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
I have diabetes and high cholesterol. I also wanted to improve my self-esteem.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
I removed carbs from my diet. The team roadblocks helped and the competition between us as members also kept me motivated.

I trained 5 days a week. I ran almost 40km a week .
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
- Join a team and have weekly targets.
- Don’t skip a training day.
- If you do miss a day then train in the morning and evening to catch up.
Why should people enter the challenge?
To improve their health and self esteem.
