I was up and down in the fitness industry prior to the challenge. Covid threw some curve balls but the challenge got me dedicated.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek Transformation Challenge?
Hunger for competition. Once you set benchmarks it becomes easy to stay dedicated.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
First it was a clean high carb diet. Then moved to low carb intervals. Last period consisted out of intermittent fasting.

Never quit. Even after the challenge.
