Give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
I have actively been training for a couple of years, and started with joining the gym and making sure I do 5 days a week.
What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge?
This was my third challenge and second in a row, always great fun and chasing that elusive 1st place…

I made sure that I got in alot of protein, good carbs and no sugars.

My training program was 6 days a week, and different muscle groups each day.
If you could give 3 pieces of advice to future challengers, what would they be?
- If you want to get in shape do the challenge.
- Follow what works for you.
- Know that it will get harder towards the end, not easier.
Why should people enter the challenge?
Sleekgeek was a great way to once again show myself what my body can do if I work hard and towards a goal.
