450g Extra Lean Ground Chicken
15g Parsley (very finely chopped)
3 Garlic (cloves, minced)
2 Sea Salt
15ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a mixing bowl combine the chicken, parsley, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into thin patties approximately four inches (10-centimeters) in diameter. In batches, cook for four to five minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Freeze for up to three months.
One serving is equal to two patties.
Add other fresh or dried herbs and spices to taste.
