What prompted you to join the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge?
Having entered the competition 5 years ago, and placing as a finalist back then made me realize that doing it again would be a great challenge and keep me busy with a healthy choice and to improve myself.
Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
When I previously did the challenge, I saw what a difference diet could make, though being in my late 20’s was easier to still have sweets, etc. This changed dramatically for me in the years that followed and diet has never been as important as today. High Protein, No to very Low carb diet was what worked for me.

Forget what you think you know and do research before starting. Even if results don’t show immediately trust in the process and it will. Have fun while doing it. After all, it is for a great cause at the end of the day.
Why should people enter the challenge.
I never realized how serious and disciplined I can be before this challenge, really proved a lot of things to myself.
