We’ve been wanting to start a Sleekgeek podcast for years.

Finally, it’s HERE!

Both Elan and I (Eric) are HUGE fans of listening to podcasts while we drive, work, workout, or whenever we have a bit of downtime.

As they say, “Good ideas in = good ideas out”.

For those who don’t know, a podcast is an audio program, kind of like a radio show, but you subscribe to it on your smartphone and listen to it whenever you like.

At Sleekgeek, it’s our mission to help you build healthy habits and we’re going to use this podcast as a platform to do exactly that.

We’ll be releasing a new podcast episode every Monday morning and you’ll be able to find it just about anywhere that podcasts are available.
