With almost 5 weeks of national lockdown passed you may have not followed through in all the areas you had hoped you might?

If it makes you feel any better I have been living a healthy lifestyle diligently for over 8 years and I still struggled. I did not carry out my plan for these 5 weeks. I was under the weather most of the time.
Fat comes and goes. Muscle comes and goes. Fitness comes and goes.
Neither success nor failure is permanent
Results are directly proportional to our habits and how we practice them consistently.
