You’ve probably seen us talking quite a bit about the upcoming 8-Week Challenge.

Many people are super excited about it, but I also know a lot of people aren’t.

Well, it’s not that they aren’t excited about the challenge, it’s more just that they don’t think it’s the right thing for them. It’s too intimidating. Too hardcore. Too challenging…

Here’s why: The Challenger’s Journey.

In the past, the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge has been very much about picking a plan and then putting it into action.

It’s sort of like going from 0km/hr to 100km/hr overnight. For some people, this is exactly what they need, but for many others, they need more help easing into it.

A couple of challenges ago we added in something completely different – The Challenger’s Journey – and it was a SMASH HIT!

What is the Challenger’s Journey!

The Challenger’s Journey is all about being the hero of your own life story.

Explained simply, it’s an optional 8-week “online course” (but it’s soooo much more than that!) that you get access to as a free bonus, which runs concurrently with the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge.

As you progress through the 8 weeks, we will be helping you to take daily action towards living a healthier, fitter, and happier life.

We don’t want your awesome results from the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge to stop once the challenge is over. Instead, we want you to see these 8 weeks as a training process that is preparing you to then go out into the world and live the life that you want to live.

When the Sleekgeek 8-Week Challenge finishes, that is when your real challenge begins!

You start where ever you are, using whatever you have, and do whatever you can. This is not about being perfect. It’s about being your own hero and making progress despite your imperfections.


Allies and Obstacles:

While on this Challenger’s Journey you will come across invaluable allies and the most monstrous of obstacles.

It’s up to you to decide if you will rise or fall to the occasion.

  • Will you use the tools, resources, support, and motivation to your advantage? Or will you just pass them by?
  • Will you face your fears and turn obstacles into opportunities? Or will you shrink back into your comfort zone and seek refuge in your excuses?
  • Are you a Hero or a Zero?

It’s time to decide!

The 4 Pillars:

At Sleekgeek, we focus on 4 main pillars of living a healthier, fitter, and happier life:

  1. Mindset (week 1 and 5)
  2. Nutrition (week 2 and 6)
  3. Movement (week 3 and 7)
  4. Sleep (week 4 and 8)

Each week we will be focusing on one of these pillars, one week at a time.

Challenger Missions:

While each week focuses on 1 specific pillar at a time, each day you will get given a Challenger Mission to complete.

Should you accept the mission, it will instruct you on how to think, eat, move, or sleep better and then challenge you with a clear call-to-action.

At the end of the day, you will be able to decisively say either:

  • ✅ “Mission accomplished“, or
  • ❌ “Mission failed“

If you don’t manage to get it right on the first try, that’s OK. There is no failure, only feedback. What’s not OK is giving up or beating yourself up.

There are no half measures or half-hearted attempts on this journey. You are the HERO of your own life story! Not some casual bystander or wimpy sidekick. No one is coming to save you or to do it for you. You have to be your own hero!
