Real Fit Games: Warm-up workout #3- “Rogue”

“Rogue” workout

The workout

For time (as quickly as possible) 3 X rounds of: 

  • 20x Air Squats
  • 20x in-place Lunges (10x each leg) +
  • 20x jumping Lunges (10x each leg) + 
  • 10x Jumping Squats

(Maximum time Cap: 15 minutes)

If you are not fit enough to complete the movements as “Prescribed” then consult the instructions for “Scaled” options.

When you have completed the workout according to the instructions please submit your scores at the bottom of this page to get on the leaderboard.

Please note: There are a lot of detailed involved in getting the movement standards right to count for an official score so you MUST download and read the full instructions before you start please.

Once you have read the instructions you can watch this video explanation if anything is unclear to you.
