“Wonder Woman” workout
The workout
In 8 minutes complete:
30 – 20 – 10
- Sit-Ups
- Lunges
In the remainder of time: Max Squats (5L weighted)

If you are not fit enough to complete the movements as “Prescribed” then consult the instructions for “Scaled” options.
