Describe the “old you” before you made your transformation. How did you get there and what were you like?
I was a 2l a day Coke a Cola drinking type person with totally unhealthy habits. I had no zest for life.
What ignited your initial motivation to change?
I recall trying to cut my toenails and I started cramping as well as having shortness of breath with the simplest of tasks. All I wanted to do was sleep and not face the world.

Weightlifting including a bit of powerlifting.
How long have you been training and how did you get started?
On and off for about 5 years, however as consistent as possible for the past 2.5 years.
What does your typical workout look like?
I train 6 days a week. Legs and chest twice a week and then shoulders and back on separate days.

There are times when I enjoy training alone, however, with my team, there’s always motivation and extra muscle soreness the next day ☺!

Tearing my shorts on the leg press ( was only the second leg exercise)
