QUESTION 1: Give us a short history of your journey to health and fitness before the challenge.
A: I have a real sweat tooth and have serious cheat days which involve donuts, burgers and pies… So my weight fluctuates and has gradually increased over time without any eating plan or exercise routine.
QUESTION 2: What prompted you to join the ULTIMATE YOU Transformation Challenge?
A: I find this kind of challenge very effective and invited a friend to do it with me. Felt like it was time.
QUESTION 3: Give us a quick overview of the nutrition and eating plan that you followed during the challenge.
A: No carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no processed food and drinks.
QUESTION 4: Give us a quick overview of the training and exercise plan that you followed during the challenge.
A: Gym every morning for an hour, and a light exercise routine every evening 6 days of the week.
QUESTION 5: Did you use any supplements or do anything else worth mentioning to help you get results?
A: No.
QUESTION 6: If you could give a piece of advice to future challengers, what would it be?
A: Read the motivational emails that you get from the challenge and take them seriously.

A: Developing good eating habits and looking good in cloths I bought and didn’t fit before nicely
