Here’s what happens next:

Step 1:

Download the free adidas Running App for iOS or Android if you have not done so already.

This is required in order to log your movement for the challenge.

Step 2:

Join the Watch Us Move Challenge on the adidas Running App.  

To do that first you need to download and install the adidas Running App from your app store and create an account if you do not yet have one. 

THEN you can click this link to join the challenge

Step 3:

Record your Movement hours between March 8-21. ​

Eligible sport types include: Aerobics, Bodyweight training, Calisthenics, Dancing, Gymnastics, Pilates, Powerlifting, Running, Strength Training, Tabata, Walking, Yoga and Zumba. – These can all be logged in the running app.

How to change your activity type: In the app when you click on Activity the default is set to running but by clicking on the settings cog wheel in the bottom right hand corner you can change the “Sport Type” to record whatever movement you are doing.

Step 4:

When the challenge ends please take a screenshot of how many minutes you contributed to challenge and save it.

We will do a lucky draw for the winners BUT when we contact the winners they must be able to show us that they moved a minimum of 3 hrs in order to confirm they have qualified for the prize.
