Sometimes it can feel like we have an endless list of priorities…

(Getting enough steps in being one of them!)

But what are 3 things that you will do to make today GREAT?

By setting 3 definitive actions for the day, you not only manage your time effectively but also infuse a sense of purpose and accomplishment into your routine. It’s about having clarity amidst the chaos.

I’d like to encourage you to pause for a moment and reflect upon the day ahead (or even tomorrow, if that’s easier) and choose 3 actions or tasks that will define your day.

These could be critical and productive to-do list items, or they could be personally meaningful actions that just make your day awesome.

For me, I like to choose:

  • One that’s productive or work-related,
  • One that’s personal or health-related (e.g. going for a walk to get your steps in), and
  • One that’s purely for pleasure or fun.

A great day isn’t just about getting work done, it’s about all of those small moments of mindfulness, connection, joy, appreciation, and meaning.

So choose your 3, say them out loud or write them down and then go make that Great Day happen!
