👋 Welcome to Day 30 of the Challenger’s Journey!

Each day for 8 weeks we’re going to help you think, eat, move, or sleep better.

  • 💡 Each week we will be focusing on 1 of the 4 pillars at a time.
  • 💡 Each day we will challenge you to take action with a daily mission that you need to complete.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what Week 5 looks like:


Today’s 🎯 Mission:

This is what you need to do in order to successfully complete today’s challenge mission.

  • Do a random act of kindness / encouragement today.
  • Write down, in your Mindset Journal, at least 5 different things you could do as an act of kindness or encouragement. Come back to this list and do one whenever you need a bit of a “pick me up”.
  • 📋 Complete the form at the bottom of the page when done.

People often think that the only thing worth giving to others is money.

But this is not true.

Not all of us have an abundance of money that we can simply give away, but we all have an abundance of SOMETHING that we can give to others.

Maybe it’s…

  • Time
  • Energy
  • Happiness
  • Encouragement
  • Hope
  • Understanding

Today we’re simply challenging you to do some kind of random act of kindness OR random act of encouragement.

Random Act of Kindness / Encouragement:

The idea is to go about your day today with a mind open towards doing some kind of act of kindness or giving someone some kind of encouragement.

Ideally, someone who doesn’t expect it from you or something that you don’t normally do.

This could be:

  • Writing a thank you message / email to someone who is important in your life. Like a family member, a friend, a boss, or a co-worker.
  • Going up to someone at the gym who you see there regularly and just letting them know that you think they’re doing a good job and that you’re impressed by how hard they’re working.
  • Making something for someone.
  • Writing a positive review on social media for a company that you want to support or encourage.
  • Giving someone a really enthusiastic hi-five for a job well done.
  • Taking time out of your day to acknowledge the contribution that they’ve made to your life / the project you’re working on.
  • Picking up some trash in the park or on the beach.

You get the point.

Go out and make the world a better place! It all comes back to you in the end.
