Each day for 8 weeks we’re going to help you think, eat, move, or sleep better.

  • 💡 Each week we will be focusing on 1 of the 4 pillars at a time.
  • 💡 Each day we will challenge you to take action with a daily mission that you need to complete.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what Week 3 looks like:


Today’s 🎯 Mission:

This is what you need to do in order to successfully complete today’s challenge mission.

  • Equip yourself with some way to journal your progress towards becoming a fitter and more active version of you.
  • Write down in your Movement Journal what the “Future You” looks like, after a wildly successful year, specifically when it comes to your fitness and level of activity.
  • 📋 Complete the form at the bottom of the page when done.

Your Movement Journal is going to play a similar role as your Mindset Journal (Day 1) and Food Journal (Day 8) did.

However, the intention behind it is different.

Your Mindset Journal was about learning more about yourself and your Food Journal was about becoming more aware of what you ate.

While your Movement Journal will incorporate some of both of that, it’s main purpose is going to be to hold you accountable to how active or sedentary you are each day.

Focus on the “Future You”:

Remember the “Future You” from Day 4’s mission?

It’s time to get a bit more specific when it comes to your fitness and movement.

So, once again, imagine that it’s 12 months into the future.

You’ve had the best year of your life and are now so much fitter and stronger and more active.

  • How active is the “Future You” on a day-to-day basis?
  • What active fun things does the “Future You” do on the weekends?
  • What does the “Future You” do differently to what you do now?
  • How does the “Future You” feel when it comes to being energetic and active?

This is what you’re working towards.

Healthy and fit people do health and fit things.

Unhealthy and unfit people do unhealthy and unfit things.

Repeatedly. Consistently.

Which one are you?

Document your journey:

Your Movement Journal is all about documenting your journey from where you are now to where you want to be in a year’s time.

  • Tomorrow, you should be able to look back in your journal to see what you did or didn’t do today to become the “Future You”.
  • Next week, you should be able to look back in your journal to see what you did or didn’t do this week to become the “Future You”.
  • Next month, you should be able to look back on this month.
  • Next year, you should be able to look back on this year.

One of the biggest secrets to success is accountability and being pushed to actually do the work.
