It’s halfway! So quickly?!
This is a check in is to see how you are doing.
In life, business and health you cannot manage what you cannot measure so this is a HEALTHY HABIT you are creating.
You are also going to need a measure buddy, a tape measure (cheap and easy to come by and you should own one anyway) and access to a scale..
Also remember that your body is transforming and KGs are not the best indicator so if you clothes are looser and you feel great you are doing it right!
They say it takes 4 weeks for you to see/feel a change in yourself, 8 weeks for your friends and 12 weeks for the world. Results speed up later so if you are not measuring dramatically different DO NOT STRESS … just stick to the plan.
