Some words before your adventure

Our people get results.

As you embark on this challenge remember that eating drives at least 70% of your results.

Have FUN! Find the activities you can enjoy and look forward to. There is much out there. Explore!

For 8 weeks IF you get your head down, eat healthy food, cut out bad habits for the majority of the time and move around as much as possible you cannot lose.

The only failure is to give up. DO NOT!  If you falter, dust yourself off and hop back onto track.

Summer is almost here and it is so much more enjoyable when you feel good about yourself.

For this 8 weeks make some sacrifices, go the extra mile and you will be amazed at what you can achieve in just 8 weeks. Our people have proved this.

We look forward to your journey. Beyond the 8 weeks our goal for you is a healthy sustainable lifestyle.

I know how the initial hump you need to get over feels, but you can get over it. You can do anything. It gets easier.

Don’t lose heart. It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your results, 8 weeks for your friends and 12 for the world.

Try not to put too much stock in the scale and weight measures. The only measure that matters is how you feel. Your energy, your vitality, your self image.

If you come out of this 8 weeks feeling decidedly better about you then we all win!
