“As important as it is to have a plan for doing work, it is perhaps more important to have a plan for rest, relaxation, self-care, and sleep.”
― Akiroq Brost

? Hello and welcome to Day 21 of the 21-Day Self-Care Challenge.
Your final day!
? Each day for 21 days we have given you an action to complete that will help you to take care of yourself so that you can take care of the other aspects of your life effectively.
Each of our tasks focused on either physical, mental or emotional self-care.
DAY 21
Today we are going to focus on the mental, physical and emotional.
✅ Create a self-care routine that sticks.
✅ Please share any and all feedback with us in the Self-care Challenge Community Group on Facebook.
Love yourself
Congratulations on reaching the end of the 21-day Self-Care Challenge.
We hope that this past couple of weeks have provided you with insight as to how beneficial self-care is not only to yourself but also to those around you.
We think we have given you some ideas and tasks that you can implement in your life whenever you feel the need to focus on yourself.
The final task? Create a routine you can stick to!
As a simple start point, reflect on the tasks we have done over the past 20 days and decide which practices you would like to maintain in your personal routine.
Here are some tips:
- Find activities that you love and look forward to. To create a daily self-care routine that works for you and your lifestyle. This can be a daily walk, yoga, listening to podcasts. It can also change every single day.
- Plan ahead and schedule it into your calendar.
- Keep it simple. It does not have to be lengthy, complicated or costly. Sometimes all you need is to stick to the basics like drinking enough water, eating more healthily or exercising.
- Remain flexible. Some days will be easier to practice self-care and some days it will harden.
Confirm completion of today’s task by marking it off in the form below.
