It is the end of this particular leg of your journey! Only one of many I hope.

8 weeks flies by and I sincerely hope you have seen some benefit in your life that may inspire you to continue leading a healthy lifestyle.

Congratulations in advance for getting here. Typically only those who maintain focus feel compelled to submit their end results.



You must submit your results on the Sunday or Monday (until midnight) at the end of your final week.


Once again,  YOU WILL NEED

In preparation to complete the measurements you will need:

  1. A scale
  2. A measuring tape (centimeter)
  3. A recent newspaper
  4. A willing friend/partner


Some tips before you submit

To avoid tears I suggest:

  1. You record your data elsewhere before submitting here (Internet connections have been known to drop)
  2. Keep the info in a safe place just in case we have a systems error (always a first time)


Once again

As when you started the challenge you are required to take a photo of the scale and weight when you submit your measurements.

Instructions are as follows:

In addition to your before photos in the same email you must submit two photos:

  1. One of you on a scale in airport security attire (shorts, tshirt and no shoes)
  2. Another of the scale’s readout with a piece of paper under it with the weigh-in word (as pictured below)

The “weigh-in word” for this challenge is SPINACH
