Meal plans SUCK for most people!

A lot of people think that they just need to find the perfect meal plan and it will solve all of their healthy eating problems.

The problem is that most people can’t follow meal plans for very long because:

  • Meal plans aren’t intended for real every-day people.
    They’re not actually necessary to live a healthy lifestyle and usually only important for people who are paid to perform a certain way (elite athletes) or look a certain way (professional models). That’s part of their JOB.
  • Meal plans are meant to be temporary.
    Those who do need to follow a meal plan usually only do so for short periods of time while preparing for a special event or photoshoot. It’s crunch time for them, kind of like you when trying meet a work deadline.
  • Meal plans rely on “perfect conditions”.
    Meanwhile our lives are messy and ever-changing with kids and work and illnesses and birthdays and holidays. This is a normal part of life, meanwhile following a rigid meal plan is not. Our lives are far from perfect.
  • Meal plans aren’t enjoyable.
    It doesn’t matter how “flexible” your diet is, most people start to feel miserable, frustrated, and deprived if they follow a meal plan for too long. There’s too much sacrifice. Healthy eating should make your life better, not worse.

So what is the alternative?

Well, when most people feel like they need a meal plan, what they’re actually wanting is guidance on what to eat.

We’ve secretly been teaching you a lot of the skills needed in this challenge already, but now we want to help you put it all together.

Step 1) Create Your Food List:

On Day 2 and Day 3 we introduced you to the Sleekgeek 🟢 Green, 🟠 Orange, and 🔴 Red Food Lists.

On Day 4 we got you thinking about how to design your environment with better foods so that you need less willpower to stay on track.

And on Day 5 we encouraged you to stock up and expand your choices.
