❓ How to complete the mission

The quiet hours of the morning lend themselves to uninterrupted reading, studying and learning. Your brain is open to creativity and focus, and you will absorb more and be more receptive to ideas and learning.

Consider this as working on the business of you. You are learning about the world, working on your craft and improving your knowledge base.

Why is this important?

  • The more knowledge you gain about your craft the higher your level of accomplishment,
  • You will create higher-quality work thus becoming more valuable to your specific industry and the world as a whole.
  • You will increase your abilities and draw in greater opportunities.
  • You will glean pleasure from starting your day learning more about a passion of yours.

Remember you do not have to focus solely on professional development, you could focus on learning more about a particular interest you have.

🤓 How?

Select a book, podcast or course that interests you. Allocate 10 – 20 min in the morning to spend some time “studying” your topic of interest.

This can be related to your career goals or it could also be a topic of pleasure that interests you. You could even tackle one of your favourite “brain games” such as Wordle or Sudoku.
