The people in the Sleekgeek community may know I recently launched the Paleomonkey.com food delivery service.

I can sincerely say that it amazing and has changed my life. One less stress I have to worry about. No shopping, no cooking, minimal dishes. No stress.

Knowing that my food comes with the right amounts of protein, fat, carbs etc with all the right ingredients is such piece of mind I cannot explain.

To come home from training and know that I do not need to lift a finger is a dream come true for taking the stress out of my life.

This competition is open for community members in CT and JHB only.

We have also just opened our Johannesburg kitchen and are open for business in a 30km radius of Randburg to start.

I am going to give 20 people in the community a day’s Free food delivery (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
