Welcome to Day 1 of the 21-Day Mindset Challenge!

Like any hero from your favourite book or movie who sets off an epic adventure, you might be feeling a little bit anxious or unprepared.

That’s OK!

We’re going to be with you every step of the way, both here and in the 21-Day Mindset Challenge FB Support Group.

For now, just know that “sucking” at something is the first step to being “sorta good” at something, which in turn comes before being “freaking amazing” at something.

Everyone has to start somewhere.

Although this is called a “challenge”, it’s actually a daily learning process and we’ve designed it so that you learn everything that you need to know at exactly the right time.

👨‍🏫 You’re going to learn a LOT

Throughout this 21-Day Mindset Challenge, you are going to learn a LOT about yourself.

With each daily mission, you will be faced with a set of questions to answer or actions to take.

These are designed to help you learn more about yourself.

You will learn about your strengths, weaknesses, priorities, thoughts, limiting beliefs, influencing environments, and behaviours.

All are extremely valuable and will be what make or break your long-term success.

If done right, learning these lessons about yourself will be like collecting tools for your toolbox. Tools that you can rely on to help you solve future problems and achieve your goals.

🤯 Knowledge is fleeting:

Although you’re going to learn a lot, it’s important to recognise that it can be fleeting.

Can you remember a time when you saw an inspirational quote that really struck home HARD and set your motivation on fire? As if it was written just for you and made so much sense?

At Sleekgeek we come across these ALL the time. It’s amazing how many wise men and women are out there…

Unfortunately, we also know that this motivation can disappear overnight when you get pulled back to the realities of life.

You go to bed fired up and plotting world domination after coming across the perfect quote on Instagram or Facebook, only to wake up the next morning having completely forgotten about it or lost your enthusiasm.

It suuuuucks!

📘 Introducing the Mindset Journal:

This is where your Mindset Journal comes into play.

It’s an incredibly easy way to hack your mental game and put yourself way above 99% of other people out there (including the old you).

Quite simply, it’s somewhere that you write down what you’ve learned and anything else important that you want to remember or review later.

It could be:

  • A physical notebook
  • An electronic document, like Google Docs.
  • A notes app on your phone.

Whatever works for you!


🚀 Handling Instructions for your life:

Whatever you write in your Mindset Journal is going to become “handling instructions” for you and your mind/body.

You see, we are going to give you the rough guidelines on how to build a healthy mindset and healthy lifestyle, but this is YOUR journey and you will need to personalise those guidelines so that they fit snuggly into your life.

No one knows your life quite as well as you do. Your own unique strengths, weaknesses, obstacles, and opportunities.

Your life, your rules, but also your responsibility.

These nuggets of wisdom are going to help you on your quest to living a healthier, fitter, and happier life.

  • They will provide motivation when the going is slow.
  • They will keep you on track and prevent you from wandering too far off the path.
  • They will teach you hard but important lessons.
  • They will come to your aid when you battle your inner demons.
  • They will be there for you to pass on to whoever you come back to help and mentor.
