Greetings Merchants staff,
It is time to input your starting measurements and email your starting photos so that we can see how much you have achieved in 8 weeks time!
It is required that the photos are taken with a recent newspaper. Even if you take the photos on Monday or Tuesday you may use the Sunday paper for example… that is fine. 2-3 days will not make a difference over 8 weeks so if you want to take the photos on Sunday that is up to you.
Before measurements and photos are never fun for anyone but it is healthy to assess where you are before you can assess how far you have come in the future.
In the end you will be grateful you did it.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Since Monday is a public holiday the latest cut-off is to submit entry info by Midnight on Tuesday 18th June but you are free to submit anytime from this Sunday 16th June. Pick a time that suits you over those 3 days.
YOU WILL NEED
In preparation to complete the measurements you will need:
- A scale
- A measuring tape (centimeter)
- A recent newspaper
- A willing friend/partner
