Since we started the challenge on a Tuesday and I am giving 2 days grace to get your measurements in the FINAL DEADLINE for results to be in is close of business on Wednesday 14 August 2013.
YOU WILL NEED
As with your “Start” measurements 8 weeks ago, in preparation to complete the measurements you will need:
- A scale (Ideally the one you used for your starting measurements)
- A measuring tape (centimeter)
- A recent newspaper
- A willing friend/partner
- Your original starting measurements on hand
